Patient Instructions
You will be taken to a waiting room just like when you are at our office, you will then be moved to a private room with the provider (a member of our patient success team may be present in the virtual room to help the provider just like an assistant in the office. After your appointment, the team will transfer you to a check out room to answer any follow up questions, process payments, complete forms, ensure timely ordering of medications, and schedule follow up appointments.
